02. Product Details
The PTA Oxidation Reactor is made from SA516-70+SB265-1 material, known for its strength and durability. It has a size of Ø11,300×21,700×(76±3)mm, making it suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
The PVC Polymerizer is constructed with SA-537 CL1+316L material, ensuring resistance to high pressure and temperature. Its dimensions are Ø4,500×8,000×(24±3)mm, designed to handle the polymerization process effectively.
The HPAL Equipment includes critical components such as an autoclave, preheater, and flash drum, essential for high-pressure acid leaching. It is made from SA516-70 + SB265.Gr17 material and measures Ø5,300×43,000×(120±8)mm, providing the capacity and strength needed for demanding industrial processes.
